Infused with fiery South Indian spices and layered with prawns, tender squid, and crispy soft-shell crab, this signature buriani is served with cooling curry leaf raita, tangy lime pickle, and crisp papads. Available as a special or as an exclusive upgrade on this month’s Buriani Banquet Menu.


 

PISTACHIO CRÈME

How could we give the flavour of the season a miss?

Indulge in our rich, creamy, and effortlessly smooth Pistachio Crème cocktail. Crafted with premium vodka infused with pandan—the fragrant tropical leaf often called the “Asian vanilla”—it’s blended with pistachio, vanilla liqueur, and cream, then finished with crushed pistachios and a hint of pandan oil. Decadent, aromatic, and undeniably delicious.


 

DATE + PISTACHIO LASSI

Lassi – India’s beloved yogurt drink – comes in both sweet and salty styles, but we’re spicing things up this month with a nutty twist!

Introducing our Date & Pistachio Lassi – thick, creamy, and pure comfort in a glass.
