MANGO + COCONUT TRIFLE
In Sri Lanka, trifle isn’t just a British import. It’s a much-loved staple at family gatherings, birthdays and Sunday lunches. Over time, this classic pud has taken on a tropical life of its own, layered with the big fruity flavours of the island.
Our newest special brings together in-season Indian Alphonso mangoes, coconut custard, Lankan toffee cake and a golden semolina crumble.
It’s the perfect way to end your meal and is entirely plant-based, so everyone can grab a spoon and dive in!

LYCHEE APEROL SPRITZ
The Aperol Spritz is a summer staple. A bright and easygoing aperitivo that gently gets your taste buds ready for the meal ahead.
This season, we’ve taken it somewhere tropical. Fragrant lychees bring a soft sweetness to Aperol’s familiar bittersweet kick, lifted with a splash of Prosecco and a touch of Stranger and Sons gin, and finished with a aromatic cardamom leaf.
It’s crisp, refreshing and full of sunshine.

MILO SOFT SERVE
For many Sri Lankans, Milo isn’t just a chocolate malt beverage, it’s a memory. It’s the warm cup mum handed over before school, the chilled glass waiting after cricket practice, or the spoonful’s of Milo powder sneakily eaten straight from the tin.
We’ve captured that iconic flavour in a frozen treat. Our Milo Soft Serve is smooth, malty and finished with a drizzle of caramel, rice crispies and milo dust.
