As the sun peeks through and the city warms up, we’re bringing a taste of tropical sunshine to your table with our new summer specials.

MANGO + COCONUT TRIFLE

In Sri Lanka, trifle isn’t just a British import. It’s a much-loved staple at family gatherings, birthdays and Sunday lunches. Over time, this classic pud has taken on a tropical life of its own, layered with the big fruity flavours of the island.

Our newest special brings together in-season Indian Alphonso mangoes, coconut custard, Lankan toffee cake and a golden semolina crumble. 

It’s the perfect way to end your meal and is entirely plant-based, so everyone can grab a spoon and dive in!


 

G & TEA

Up in Sri Lanka’s hill country, life moves a little slower. The air is cooler, the light softer and the hills roll out into endless rows of tea estates. 

It’s this peaceful part of the island that inspired our take on a classic G&T. We use Stranger & Sons, an award-winning Indian gin from Goa, infused with spices and citrus, including the famously fragrant Gondhoraj lime.

It’s stirred with chilled Ceylon tea from the highlands, a splash of tonic and just a touch of lemongrass. Bright, refreshing and made for golden hour sipping. It’s the hill country in a glass.
