Spring has sprung at Hoppers

To welcome spring, we’ve created two new specials, celebrating the fresh, seasonal flavours we’re craving right now.

Prawn Kari Dosa

An ode to the street side kades of Madurai, our Prawn Kari Dosa brings together a crisp dosa and a rich Tamil style prawn curry.

As the dosa batter cooks on the tawa, we pour over a deeply flavoured curry of king prawns so the two cook together, soaking the dosa with spice and richness. Finished with roasted chillies and pickled onions, it’s bold, indulging and the perfect meeting of dosa and curry in one dish.

Available for a limited time at Hoppers Soho, Marylebone and King’s Cross.

Mango Spritz

Spring means mango season, inspiring our refreshing Mango Spritz.

Cocchi Americano is mixed with mango, jasmine honey and bright yuzu, then topped with prosecco for a floral, citrusy and lightly fruity spritz, perfect as an easy aperitif for sunny, longer days.

Available for a limited time at all our restaurants.
