Hoppers Festive Specials
This Christmas, three specials join the menu at Hoppers. Begin with our Duck Pepper Fry Hopper, a festive green hopper filled with a duck fry, made with South Indian spices and fresh peppercorns. Then gather round the Lamprais, our Christmas take on the Dutch Burgher classic: traditional lamb kari, Lampara rice, a turkey stuffing cutlet, parsnip dry curry, cranberry sambol and brinjal moju, all wrapped and cooked in a banana leaf for sharing.
To finish, our signature coconut trifle gets a wintery twist with Sri Lankan spiced cherry compote and candied orange. For every special sold, £1 goes to Feeding the Future, our charity supporting children and families across Sri Lanka.
