A Taste of INDIAN 101

This autumn, we’re celebrating the launch of founder Karan Gokani’s latest cookbook, Indian 101, with two limited-edition specials inspired by its pages. Available across all Hoppers restaurants this month, our first special is the Indian 101 Fish Thali – it brings a taste of South Indian home cooking to your table, featuring Kerala-style fish cooked in a banana leaf, Okra Pachadi (Okra Chutney), Lemon Rice and Lime Pickle.

Our second special is a Pineapple Chilli Punch, A clarified tropical milk punch built on pineapple, mango and cardamom-spiced arrack. The drink has a smooth, silky body, a chutney-like spiced sweet-sour profile, and a chilli-forward garnish that adds heat without being in the liquid itself.

A portion of all special sales goes towards our Feeding the Future campaign, so taste something good  and do something good, before the season’s over.
