First up, our Kerala Duck Egg Kari – a rich, comforting coconut curry starring soft-yolked duck eggs, simmered in spices and full of South Indian soul. This dish is inspired by a family recipe from our Executive Chef Renjith Sarathchandran, this dish puts eggs exactly where they belong – front and centre of the table.

Pair it with our signature hoppers or dosas and you’ve got yourself a South Indian Easter feast that gives the classic roast a run for its money.

We’ve flipped the nostalgic Piña Colada into a zesty, sour-style cocktail: Stranger & Sons gin, pineapple liqueur, lime, coconut foam, and a dash of chilli. It’s a tropical escape in a glass, perfect for toasting longer days, lighter evenings and that first taste of spring sunshine.
