MAKING A BOOKING 

How do I book? 

Bookings are managed exclusively online and require debit card details to secure the booking; therefore, we do not accept reservations over the phone or via email. You can book up to 3 months in advance.

Hoppers Soho – up to 12 guests

Hoppers Marylebone – up to 16 guests

Hoppers King’s Cross – up to 18 guests

Hoppers Shoreditch – up to 12 guests

I can’t see availability for the date I want. 

If your preferred time isn’t available, you can use the ‘Alert Me’ option to be notified when a table opens up. We also hold a limited number of walk-in tables, which are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. If those are full when you arrive, you’ll have the option to join our virtual queue onsite. Kindly note that we are usually unable to accommodate large groups of walk-ins and the waitlist might take up to 2 hours during peak times.

MANAGING YOUR RESERVATION

Can I change/cancel my reservation?

You can modify or cancel your booking using the “Manage Reservation” and “Cancel Reservation” links in your confirmation email, subject to our cancellation policy. Please note that cancellation cannot be made via phone or email. All amendments are subject to availability, and adjustments to party size may not always be accommodated.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations can be made using the “Cancel Reservation” link found in your confirmation email. Please note that cancellations are not accepted via phone or email.

 Hoppers Soho

  • 1–7 guests: Cancellations accepted up to 3 hours prior. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of £10 per person.
  • 8–12 guests: Cancellations accepted up to 10 hours prior. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of £120.

Hoppers Marylebone

  • 1–4 guests: Cancellations accepted up to 3 hours prior. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of £10 per person.
  • 5–11 guests: Cancellations accepted up to 10 hours prior. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of £120.
  • 12–16 guests: Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours prior. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of £120.

Hoppers King’s Cross

  • 1–5 guests: Cancellations accepted up to 3 hours prior. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of £10 per person.
  • 6–8 guests: Cancellations accepted up to 10 hours prior. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of £120.
  • 9–18 guests: Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours prior. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of £120.

Hoppers Shoreditch

  • 1–4 guests: Cancellations accepted up to 3 hours prior. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge of £10 per person.

What should I do if I’m running late for my reservation?

We’ll hold your table for up to 15 minutes past your reservation time. If you arrive later, we’ll do our best to seat you, but your dining time may be reduced. Guests with UK mobile numbers will receive an SMS reminder and can reply directly if running late. If you provided an international number, please let us know by replying to your confirmation email.

How to add a reservation note?

Please include any specific requests or important details in the “Anything else we should know?” section of the booking form.

Can I request a specific table in advance?

While we will always do our best to fulfil requests, all tables are allocated upon arrival and can’t be guaranteed in advance. Please add a note to your booking specifying your seating preference, and we will certainly do our best to accommodate it.

AHEAD OF YOUR VISIT

Are children welcome? 

Yes, children of all ages are welcome at Hoppers. However, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 7 after 6 PM.

Please note:

Hoppers Soho is unable to provide highchairs or accommodate pushchairs and have no baby changing facilities.  Highchairs are available on request at Hoppers Shoreditch, however have no space to park pushchairs. Highchairs are available at Hoppers Marylebone and King’s Cross have a limited number of highchairs and pram spaces available. If you require either, please let us know in advance when booking, as we may not be able to accommodate these requests on the day without prior notice.

Do children count toward the total number of guests?
Children do count toward the total number of guests. All guests, including children, are considered individual diners. For example, a group with 4 adults and 1 child should be booked as a table for 5 guests.

Can I bring my own cake
Yes, guests are welcome to bring their own cake, subject to a cakeage charge of £5 per person, capped at £25.

Do you have step-free access? 

Our King’s Cross and Hoppers Shoreditch restaurant is fully wheelchair-accessible, with step-free access throughout the venue. Hoppers Marylebone also offers step-free access for up to three guests on the ground floor. Please note that Hoppers Soho is not wheelchair accessible.

Do you allow dogs in the restaurant?

We welcome guide dogs inside the restaurant, in accordance with accessibility guidelines. Other pets can be accommodated on our outdoor terrace.  Please mention in the reservation note.

DIETARIES

Can I dine at Hoppers if I have a food allergy?
If you or a member of your party has any allergies, intolerances, or special dietary requirements, we kindly ask that you include these details in your booking. While we will do our best to accommodate your needs, please note that cross-contamination may occur. Many of our dishes contain chilli, coconut, garlic, and onion, and unfortunately, we are unable to prepare meals completely free of these ingredients.

Do you serve halal meat?
Yes, we serve halal chicken and lamb at all locations. However, our beef dishes are not halal.

Do you have vegan or vegetarian options?
Yes, we offer a separate vegetarian and vegan menu. Please ask your server for it when you arrive.

GIFTING

How do I purchase a gift voucher?

We offer a selection of gift vouchers, available for purchase here or directly in the restaurant. Each voucher is valid for 10 months from the date of issue. Please note that extensions are not available, and all vouchers are non-refundable.

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

To redeem your gift voucher, please book your table using our online reservation system and include your voucher reference number in the reservation notes. On the day of your visit, kindly present either a printed or digital copy of your voucher. Please note that photocopies cannot be accepted.

How to add a voucher code to your reservation?

Please include voucher number in the “Anything else we should know?” section of the booking form.

Do I need to use up the gift voucher during one meal?

Monetary gift vouchers may be used across multiple reservations until the total value has been redeemed. Please note that the full balance must be used within the voucher’s validity period, ten months from the date of purchase.

How do I check the balance of my gift voucher?

How can I purchase a spice bundle and Hoppers cookbook?

Yes, you can purchase both online and directly at the restaurant.

HOPPERS AT HOME

Can I get Hoppers delivered?

We offer hot food delivery across London through Deliveroo. You may place your order or check availability in your area by using the link provided.
