SRI LANKAN SPIRIT

Once a misunderstood spirit, Arrack is now making a statement on cocktail lists across the City.

Though it’s birth is lost in history, there is no doubt Arrack is one of the oldest distilled spirits in the world.

A versatile spirit that lies between a refined rum and a light single malt – Arrack owes everything to the “toddy tappers”, the men who clamber spider like up tall palm trees to collect the precious coconut sap at dawn.
