Karan will be at Now Serving LA, in conversation with Paola Briseno-Gonzalez, Director of The IACP Cookbook Awards and Food Writer, followed by a book signing.

Karan will join Tyler Malek, co-founder and head ice cream maker for Salt & Straw ice cream at Powell’s City of Books. They’ll be chatting about Hoppers: The Cookbook and distributing samples of a brand new ice cream flavour inspired it.
